Would parkour increase the chances of getting arthritis?
Well, I’ve bееn a traceur fοr ѕοmе months now, аnd I’m asking thіѕ qυеѕtіοn bесаυѕе I’m studying thе risks οf being a traceur.
Wουld parkour increase thе chances οf getting arthritis, especially іn thе οld age?
Sadly YES!
Also Plantar Fasciitis and a variety of other shock related injuries.
Another hidden risk is repeated dehydration – this can cause bowel trouble later too.
Basically if you feel thirsty you are already more dehydrated than you should be.
Well David Belle has never complained of any but he isnt that old yet. Probably but that doesnt stop me
Unfortunately yes.
Think of your knees. I mean the pressure on them is huge, and your wrists…all that climbing.
But it comes down to two things in the end.
What doesn’t harm you in someway in old age?
and
Is it worth it? Do the benefits outweigh the Risks?
For example i play football, and my mate wants me to take creating (legal)…but I don’t want to because it damages your kidneys. The benefits do not outweigh the costs. With parkour they do, and I mean all it is is making your self better at getting around the world.
In the end everything harms you…writing this will probably come back to haunt me (laptops = radiation apparently). Its just if you care.
I just found this site on google It has plenty of information about arthritis
