What to do to safely reduce pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis?
For my friend it is all in his ankle, foot, and toes. They swell up hughly, and prevents him from walking. Ten year long problem. Comes and goes. He has not been brothered for 2 years and 4 months, then BAM!! a week ago!! He is in lots of pain, and swollen again. HE CAN’T MISS ANY WORK. HELP!! PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS……

Sorry to hear about your friend. Joint pains can be really bad and severe. Herbal wise, if you can get hold of Chestnut Leaves ( dried ones ), it will certainly help reducing the pain. I have been using it to reduce and control my SLE LUPUS symptoms and it works well. Also, you may want to ask your friend to request his/her family doctor to do a blood test for LUPUS. If you don’t know what it is, just Google it and you will find good information on its symptoms, effects and control and management of the flaring up of the pain.
