what is the difference between osteoporosis and osteoarthritis ?

   osteoporosis is weakness in the bone itself and structure,while osteoarthritis is a wear and tear degeneration of the joints

   steoporosis is a bone disease in which the amount and quality of the bone is reduced, leading to fractures. Osteoporosis produces no pain or other symptoms unless a fracture has occurred.

   By contrast, Osteoarthritis is a disease of the joints and surrounding tissue whic may cause pain and limited mobility in the affected areas. .
