Osteoarthritis is an inflammation of the bones at the joints, and osteoporosis is a diminution of bone mass, hence of bone strength.

ALL I KNOW IS OSTEOPOROSIS IS THE WEAKENING OF BONES IN ADULTS DUE TO CALIUM DEFICIENCY.
ARTHRITIS IS THE JAMMING UP OF BONES DUE TO EXCESS CALCIUM.
    (I THINK)

Osteoarthritis is a breaking down of the cartiledge at the ends of bones (sort of shock absorbers) which leads to painful joints.

Osteoporosis is a general reduction of the bone structure itself so that the bone is more fragile and weaker – vunerable to fracture.

Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the cartilage that protects and cushions joints breaks down over time. Eventually, the bones, formerly separated by cartilage, rub against each other. This results in damage to the tissue and underlying bone, causing the painful joint symptoms of osteoarthritis. Osteoporosis is condition that features loss of the normal density of bone and fragile bone. Osteoporosis leads to literally abnormally porous bone that is more compressible like a sponge, than dense like a brick. This disorder of the skeleton weakens the bone leading to an increase in the risk of breaking bones (bone fracture).
