What is the cause or the cure for hand swelling and pain?

I аm іn mу early 30s, seems early fοr arthritis. Alѕο problems wіth cuticles аnd irritation under thе nail bed.

see if you can find something in this Link, and no you never to young for arthritis,even kids have it already. Ask the Doc. what he figures is wrong with you. You should be checked for lot of things,Thyroids,excessive water in your body ,arthritis,

You don’t clarify if the swelling is in the joints or the hands in general. Arthritic involvement would be a joint condition.. Do you have similar swelling in the lower extremities?

The cuticles and nails would bring in other conditions. It would be advisable to have this checked out and treated ASAP.
