   There is no medicine for RA, OA, H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for EAR ACHE, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

   Any over the counter med is not going to be enough if you have arthritis in you back. You need to make an appointment with your doctor and ask this questions. He can give you a prescription and help you find different types for pain management.
