Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM works great. The pill form is the best in my opinion. I have SLE and after 3 days of taking it, could tell a difference. : )
There is no “cure” for inflamation and swelling of the knee joints due to to theumatoid arthritis. There are medications that can alleviate your pain. I suggest you consult a physician.
RA needs medical attention, there is not a cure, but there are a lot of medications that help, including IV infusion. My husband has RA and his doctor has him on meds that have given him mobility and less pain. In fact his pain has decreased about 90%.
