what home remedies can I use to help stop my arthritis pain in my knees?

   you might want to consider finding another doctor one that will listen to you and treat you. I know that my mom had great success with the Synvic injections. Me however I have severe arthritis in both my knees and it did not help me. What I have found helps is tylenol arthritis and the worst time for me is at night and in the morning. What I do to help with that is keep a heating pad by the bed when the alarm goes off I hit the snooze and turn on the heating pad and put it on my knees. I also have one that I keep at my desk at work so that when the cold gets to me I put that on my knees.

   - Staying warm
   - Staying hydrated

   - Take it easy
   - Deep heat rub
   - Light exercise
