There is no cure, but there are A LOT of meds out there for arthritis. If you’re looking for an OTC med, you may want to try Glucosamine/Chondroitin. But ask your Dr. first.
Dont let anyone tell you something isnt curable. One of the best ways to help the healing is with apple cider vinagar (2 tablespoons, 3 times a day). This will help the healing process very quickly. Do some more research on your diet as well. Drink filtered water (100 oz a day) and learn about nutrition.
There is something called mangosteen juice that works but you have to be on it permanantly because the level of xanthones have to remain high in the system it may take a couple weeks to notice a difference but you will. This is far better than taking medicine with nasty side effects. Don’t take my word for it look it up on line. Type in on yahoo mangosteen miracles and read about people who have changed their lives from taking this. Good luck to you!
Just medications, heat, that’s about it. I have it in my feet.
