Best I’ve found is Chondroitin & Glucosamine tablets.
By the way, I’d appreciate if you did not use the “A” word around us old fogies. I know Community Guidelines goes not consider it cursing, but take it from an old witch, it is!!!
I wouldn’t take any advice on what medicine to take except from a doctor or a medical organization.
Speaking of which, have you talked to a doctor, or gone on-line to find advice from a CREDIBLE source? I mean, we are talking about your health here, right?
It depends on what type and how bad it is. See a Rhumy as soon as possible!! The longer you wait the worse it gets and the harder it is to slow down the disease. Trust me, I waited and now I’m in extreme pain and cannot get the flare up under control (and I’m only in my early 30′s). While you are waiting for the meds to kick in, try getting a lot of rest (doesn’t necessarily mean you have to sleep), non-impact exercise (water workouts are wonderful), and don’t ignore your body. Good luck!!
