What are some things you can do to help with knee arthritis pain?

    Hot baths, bend-straighten-bend-straighten. With a gentle massage.
    Not too rough, don’t want to damage anything inside.

    Icy hot patches work amazingly with pain, and last for a while.

    Ice it for 15 minutes on and off, when you feel theres inflammation/swelling.

    Tape it- start at top, leave middle open, tape around bottom.
    This gives it nice support, for doing activities.

    Keep elevated when sitting/laying.
    Rest!!!

    Diabetes can cause arthritis problems. Check your blood sugar.

    Exercise is the number one recommended thing for knee arthritis. One of the best types of exercise is warm water exercise.
