She is just too fat, but can’t seem to get weight off of her – she has arthritis in legs, doesn’t want to walk for exercise either. Anyone have any answers or advice?
I’ve dropped from 380 to 320lbs by diet alone. I have arthritis in my knees and ankles, plus an injury to my ankle at the end 09 and the surgery it lead to has caused me terribly pain ever since. I have my strength exercises from physical therapy, but I feel I really need to loose the weight as quick as possible, and then get on to doing stuff with my knees and ankles. Plus Ive just gotten back to full duty at work which means alot of walking and standing for 8 or more hours. I mostly want to stick to upper body stuff anyways, all my weight is concentrated in my chest and stomach, lower half is in great shape besides the previously mentioned, all muscle down there.
I am 14, and I am only 4ft 5… I have arthritis in 7 joints, so exercise is very painful. I weigh about 90 pounds. That not overweight for my age, but it is for my height… I’ve heard starvation diets are bad, but what else can I do?
i don’t like dieting all that much either.
my dog is only 6 years old. she has doggy arthritis ( don’t know the real name ) if she doesn’t lose weight they might need to put her down. she can’t go running because she has arthritis. how do i handle this

I am 52 years old, i have a heart condition, arthritis, am a diabetic, and have a cripling spinal condition. I take approx 40 tablets a day for my conditions. I cannot exersise due to my disabilites. The thing is i am a vegetarian, i dont eat sweets etc but i am overweight. The last few months i have started to lose weight, i am not on a diet, it started to come off at around a few kilo’s every month, but now it is at 2-4 kilo’s per week. I am heavy at 24 stone, and 6 ft 2 inches high. I know i am fat, but this weight loss is increasing, my clothes are falling off me now, my legs are like pins ! the flesh is starting to sag in all the wrong places. The worry is that it is coming off too quick, i am not dieting, i feel terrible with my illnesses anyway, but i now cant sleep, have very high rate of angina, i have no strength, it is worrying me. I have just had a lovelly xmas, ate all the wrong things loads of sweet stuff, cakes, deserts, loads of beer and wine and have now lost a further 6 kilos in the last week, have also picked up a terrible ailment called “shingles” on my back, basically life is worring me now, does anyone have any idea what is going on with me?. I have been to the doctor, but they are only concerned about the hiogh level of angina, they dont see my worry about the rapid weight loss and constant feeling of extreme unwellness(if there is such a word)
I am 15 years old, my height is 5″0 and I weight 118 lbs. I’m not very big but I want to trim my belly fat along with thigh fat. I’d like to lose like 10-12 pounds. I attempted exercising several times but my arthritis flared up and it’s horrible and I got horrible muscle spasms.
Do you have any tips I can use for weight loss? Or certain exercises that are good and not too hardcore for my arthritis on my back, neck and shoulders?
And some food tips and diet tips would be nice as well.
I’d like to lose the weight as soon as possible, please. A few weeks maximum?

im 4′10 and 135 pounds. Im obviously overweight and want to lose it. I have depression and anxiety which makes it harder not to eat junk. I’m a big coffee drinker and have recently cut it out of my diet. I have arthritis so my physical activities are limited to biking and running. I’m not looking for a quick fix just something that will make me lose about 10 pounds a month.
I have torn disk in my back and neck and arthritis in my neck as well (I have a lot more stuff, but these are my major complaints) My doctor sent me to a pain specialist and he thinks I have sleep apnea, that it may be why I am in pain and also why I can’t lose weight. Anyone else out there have Sleep Apnea and what are their symptoms? Did it help anyone else with loosing weight????
