OK, I’m morbidly obese, (420 lbs.) and obviously need to lose weight. I recently had a stroke and i’m only 47. Ok, I know some of you will say, exercise, exercise, exercise but that isn’t the answer. I’m wheelchair bound and have severe arthritis so exercise is out of the question. Any suggestions?

My wrists are constantly active because I’m a painter, tennis player, and gymnast and I play the guitar and piano, but still, I’m only 17. Could the sharp pains in my wrists be some form of arthritis already?
Procedures / Medications / Diet changes / Foods to avoid? Excercises…. Anything would help thanks.

It’s in my lower spine. The pain shoots down my legs as sciatica. And I’m SICK of being disabled because of it. By the way, I’ve been to a doctor more than once. All they do is take x-rays and tell me nothing’s broken. I’m already under the care of a chiropractor, but I’m finding some exercise helps a lot. What are the most effective ones?
Our dog is almost 8 years old and we think he has Arthritis. We are going to a vet soon, but we wanted to know how much it is going to cost. Also, would he have to take it the rest of his life?
Any other information would be helpful!
Thank you!
