Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, and fever on exertion. Anyone else experienced this?

My MIL has osteoporosis, arthritis, and is on .5 mg. steroids everyday.
She has experienced weight loss and recurring fever for the last few months, and an unexplained fluctuation in Hb levels. Has anyone else experienced this? An affirmative answer will mean a lot of relief at our end. Her dumb doctor never informed her that she has arthritis, just wrote it in her medical file. We just found out – 4 years later!
I know steroids are not indicated for either of these conditions, that is why i m mad at the doctor, but my family thinks i play doctor too much. Thanks for this confirmation.

By simply eating whole natural foods and avoiding white flour products .sweets. and red meat.

yes it was o.a.a doctor said so in my case., everyone I know in 32 years have been cured by going to completly whole foods.so why say its not so when you dont know for yourself?
You say I am endangering people for saying to eat whole natural foods.did you just get out of a mental hospital?

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees when I was 13 years old … not Rheumatoid Arthritis, plain old regular osteoarthritis. I’m almost 25 now, and I feel like my left knee has about had it. For the past two weeks, my knee feels like it “buckles” … for example, when I go down the steps and put my weight on my left leg, it feels like my knee is going to give out from underneath me. And I’m really in an awful lot of pain. The saddest thing is that I’m allergic to basically everything in the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug family.

I’ve been to the ER, and they just tell me to see my family practitioner, and I can’t do that because I have no insurance and can’t afford to pay up front right now.

Has anyone else dealt with this problem? How did you handle it? And what can I do about all this chronic pain???

Does anyone else have this disease/condition. My back hurts really bad, and i can’t find pain relief. I don’t want to take medication unless it really works. Should i take an ice bath, heat only agrivates my back. Please, any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

P.S: Im 14, and the arthritis is in my fifth lumbar disk

first i was told orthopedist–

than rheumatologist

what amount sports/physical medicine
