I wake up many times during the night in pain. My joints and muscles hurt from head to toe most of the time. I stay tired all the time. My iron level stays low. I am currently on prescribe medication which only helps a little. I really do not like to take medicine and especially when the doctors tells me I have to be on it for the rest of my life. I have tried several different natural remedies but nothing seems to work. I was hoping someone else with these diagnoses has found the miracle cure for this. Thank you and wish you always with good health.

My rheumatoid arthritis seems to be a lot worse lately. My diet hasn’t been very good lately, either. I hope just altering my diet will help, but what else can I do to ease the pain?
I have used prescription drugs and their side effects are worse than the symptoms they are made to relieve. Any suggestions?
Three out of four of my animals are now disabled. Tabitha (my soon-to-be 15 year old cat) is the only one still perfectly normal, but I’m sure she could use some type of support for aging cats. First off-Tigger is my 13 year old tabby, possibly part Siberian. She is 15.2 pounds (down in the last couple monthes from 15.6 due to forced excercise) and she has arthritis. Both cats also have chin acne. I frequently clean their metal bowls and when they have flair-ups and strip the hair off their chins and use clearasil astringent, which clears it up. I have already switched them from Purina dry to Wellness dry with Wellness wet food several times daily on an “on-demand” basis. I have bought them a Drinkwell Platinum, which they will not use, so I scatter several bowls of water (purifed only) throughout the house. I use Turmeric on Tigger’s food and am looking at adding Cosequin, but will not use any drugs on any animals unless it is a life threatening thing. She is not severe and has improved a bit. Rascal and Keawea are my 6 year old Marshall Farms ferrets purchased from the pet store (ugh I know, but I was only 13 and my dad bought them for me. I know better now.) Rascal had an adrenalectomy for a tumor 2 years ago and they discovered he has a blood clotting disorder. He survived but bears a permanent hernia and enlarged spleen. He is otherwise healthy other than a blackhead covered tail. Keawea has a huge benign mast cell tumor which they don’t want to remove due to her being Rascal’s littermate and at risk for bleeding problems. Nothin has worked to shrink it and it bleeds intermittantly. I am worried about blood loss when she bites it, and infection. We currently use Texas Pete hot sauce on it to discourage biting, but she’s developing a taste for it.. She is also almost completely blind, which they are pretty sure are due to cataracts, which they don’t want to put her under anesthesia to remove (and we don’t think it’s worth the risk) She is otherwise very active and healthy and both ferrets are considered by the vet to be in fantastic shape for their age. Both are perfect weight and eat 8-in-one kibble per vet instuctions with ferrelax given sometimes, along with Furotone. They get no treats. They live in a 5 foot tall 4 level cage with hammocks, a cat condo, and tubes to go up and down layers and come out almost daily to play. I hover over both due to Rascal’s spleen and Keawea’s eyesight. I am thinking of switching ALL to a premade sterilized frozen raw diet. Is there anything I can do (withOUT drugs) to help any of them? Maybe supplements, or some type of physical therapy or acupressure? Heck I’m open to anything. These are my 4 legged children and I’d go to the ends of the earth for any given one of them
