My father was diagnosed with bone cancer- came from lung. Was told nothing else can be done. Took him to an alternative medical doctor- only given something to address pain. Tylenol was helping until they gave him Darvocet- only taking it once in morning and at night. Sometimes once during day. Was given Durgesic patches-which I refused to give him and the alternative med. doctor agreed. I am just wondering if there is something out there that may reverse or slow down his symptoms- We think its just arthritis, they state he should be in more pain. He’s 80 and otherwise in good spirits.
Also anything to increase appetite ? Thanks

Hello. I have arthritis and chronically inflamed muscles. I’ve been prescribed a NSAID but can’t take it long-term due to a stomach ulcer. I’m looking into alternative anti-inflammatories. Let me know if you know of any herbal or otherwise natural treatments that have anti-inflammatory properties. Thank you!
Thanks for the helpful advice so far. Btw, I was already treated for H. Pylori with the 14 days of amoxicillan, clarithromyacin and nexium. I blew clear in the breath test after. The ulcer just hasn’t healed yet b/c the Lodine irritated it

My cousin just called me to tell me that her 12-year-old Golden Retriever,Hannah,has been diagnosed with oral melanoma.The vet gives her about three months.I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this ,and if so,if you know of any natural treatments that may slow or stop the spread of the cancer.It is at the base of her throat. Yes,I know that Goldens get cancer a lot.There is an experimental vaccine being tested at Ohio State,but it costs thousnads of dollars and is not proven.We were just hoping that someone might have tried something and had some success.

The actual product I’m looking at is Cool Cayenne. They sell this with or without the Butcher’s Broom herb. Would it assist the performance of the cayenne for this condition?

my mum is having too mucg pain on her knee i always give her a massage so the pain will be lessen.i also apply pain reliever gel and she takes a medicine that could lessen the pain but still it doesnt work on her.what should i do?

My MD means well, but every time my RA flares up they wish to prescribe some antinflammatories.. or better yet.. oral chemo to treat this progressing disease.

I have noted early deformity in my left hand #2 digit… I currently take a slew of mutlivitamins but also omega3 fish oils, and oil of primerose.

Any other suggestions?
