I have a red nose pitbull who is 20-22 years old, shes definitely got arthritis in her back legs she has a hard time moving and getting up sometimes you can tell she cant take it and she has to sit down you can also tell that they are stiff. Im sure this is uncomfortable for her and plus sometimes she whines a little when she walks. We have had her since a pup and im trying to find an arthritis medicine for dogs that is safe for her. Im sure she is going to go soon but while shes still here id like to do what I can to help her with this discomfort. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated as well as any information on the medicine
Thank you!
My dads ex was a vet tech and she would get her meds but since they split she decided to be mean and not even tell us the name of it. I dont live with my father or the dog I am married so I cant just go take her to the vet while im there and my dad is very busy.

i’m currently using Arthrogen plus for dogs for my shelite which was recommended by a breeder. I was wondering if there is something out there that is all natural that is good for arthritis, hip and joint discomfort? just want to use the best and healthiest stuff possible.

If my dog weighs 70 lbs and the drug comes as 100 mg tablets how many tablets should my dog get? (1 lb=453.5 g)

Hi i have a 12 year old german shepeard/cow mix and he has arthritis. Hes not dying or anything but he could really use some medicine. He has troubles getting up on wood because he slips but he gets up ok on carpet. He lays down alot but thats normal for dogs. We’ve tried glucosamine and Remodil or something i dont know if i spelt that right. thanks

he has a border collie that refuses to take an arthritis pill. how does he get her to.do so?

I’m currently on Ultram. I have arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I was tried on Fentynal but allergic to it (rashes, hives, blisters, gaulded areas, sunburn type rash on back)
I have tried Lyrica and it messes with another health problem I have so I can’t take it.
What do you think my pain management doctor will try next?

I also go to physical therapy, getting ready to have knee surgery, getting a tens unit.

I have to have narcotic pain releife as I have tried many non narcotic pain treatment methods over the past two years and have not had releife.
So please just tell me what is your guess that they will try me on next.

knee surgeries and bad pain, narcotics only take the edge off, sometimes. I have sciatica also and the Dr. cant figure it out yet. I think it’s because of my knee, but they can’t find anything except arthritis in lower back and osteo of knee

I have juvenile rheumatiod arthritis in my knee and ankle and I reaaaally don’t want to take medicine because it upsets my stomach! I know I should do excersises, which I don’t really do because I always forget. Are there any foods that help? I’ve heard that cherry juice helps, but it tastes disgusting. And does icing the joints help? Or putting heat on them? Thanks

my mother has arthritis but she likes taking natural things but any info is helpful and its not advanced arthritis its beginning…please help… any help is appreciated.
