Does anyone know of any supplements and/or treatments for dogs that might make this animals life a little easier? Other than the arthritis, she is in great health, and a very good and happy dog…thanks in advance for your answers!

1. Refusing to undergo a psych evaluation.

2. Securing dental treatment, but not on their timetable.

3. Refusing surgical treatment for the child’s hip dysplasia, when the child has no pain, arthritis, or range of motion problems associated with it.

4. Refusing to vaccinate their child, and refusing to provide proof of membership to a religion that openly disapproves of vaccination.

5. Homeschooling their child without using an organised plan of study.

6. Moving away without providing a forwarding address, after they have proven they can’t be trusted not to tell a dangerous person confidential information.

Can a social worker (in California) legally remove a child from their parent’s custody and/or have the parent arrested on any of these grounds?

Can osteo or psoriatic arthritis prevent you from being able to close your hand into a fist? Or from stretching the fingers out? If so, why is that? Are the tendons affected? One of my hands is almost frozen with the fingers partially closed, and I can’t close it completely or open it. The family doctor just tossed out the diagnosis of “some sort of arthritis” and wouldn’t even refer me to a rheumotologist. It’s terribly painful, the fingers are puffed. The other hand is also affected, but to a much lesser extent.

Also, is it wrong of me to ask for a confirmation of this diagnosis, like an x-ray?

I have Spina Bifida (Mylomeningocele) with Arthritis in my Right Knee and Pain from my Tail Bone ddown and it’s very hard for me to walk.Shoul I be Exerciseing? If Yes what Exercises should I be doing or will it just make things worse? The Pain is Stemming from my back down.

Its hard to have two baby gates i have to climb over every day when i have arthritis…

I am providing group for people who want to discuss and act on weight loss. I am not a nutritionist or trained. I only have my personal experience to share & the group members theirs.
Someone has joined who sufferers from Rhumatoid arthritis. They are not able to walk, they have movement in the trunk area of thier body but painfully(moving is rarely done) & their arms have almost no movement only some in the fingers which is how the person mechanizes the electric wheelchair. The person is also set on eating a certain type of diet & browbeats people who won’t eat the way this individual does. Some people in my group left another group in order to avoid this person. Not because of disabilties but because of the browbeating and general rudeness.

The group will center around calorie counting &exercise. I want to be inclusive for this person and don’t the individual to feel left out. I hope to find some advice for her. I also don’t want the group disrupted by argumentive rudeness.
. There is a two part dicotamy to the rudeness part of this. One is person experiencing the rudeness being that you are supposed to just put up with it because they are disabled. The other is the tendency of SOME disabled people to resort to a manipulative victimization mindset when someone challenges their hardset beliefs. So in public you’d end up looking like a real slimeball for saying something.

I won’t be surprised if I get hammered on the rudeness part of this question. I have some familial experience with a person with disabilities and I don’t think you do a person a favor by allowing them to be rude and railroad people.
Remember this person’s arms are barely functional they are kind of like a person with severe cerebal palsy.

This question is about my 10 year old son.
He has had extreme hip pain for almost a year and it has now spread into his lower back. He does have a positive ANA test but all others were negative including those for arthritis.
I have had him to many specialists and they keep saying it is an auto immune problem but can not pinpoint what it is. They think Lupus may be possible cause of his symptoms and family history of it.
Does anyone with Lupus suffer pain in the hips and back?
