Right now I have a 504 plan but my parents want to get an IEP instead (because recently I have missed 7 weeks of school straight cause the JRA but its cause of my current stupid doctor so were changing doctors so that problem should be fixed). But I am afraid its gong to disqualify me from things, like I want to try and become a congressional page my junior year but I am afraid because if I have an IEP they wont let me. So if my parents get me an IEP (witch I have no say in) will it prevent me from doing things?

I went back 6 weeks later (today) for a followup and the pain has stopped but the popping/grinding has not.I will have the arthritis for the rest of my life.The insurance company wants to settle and I dont know a monetary $ value to tell them.
First of all the osteoarthritis WAS from the accident and I have proof from the radiologist that it was caused from “tramatic injury” aka the accident. I am only 22 I had no previous injuries or problems out of my shoulder. I even asked if it could have set in that fast after an accident and the radiologist and the specialist both agreed that it could even at my age. I just wanted an idea of a fair amount to ask for given my condition. I am not out looking for a get rich quick scam or anything.
My medical bills are about $2200-$3000 and I also purchased some weights to lift as suggested by my specialist to ease the pain.
I forgot the damage to the vehicle was about $9000 and the frame was bent but the vehicle wasnt totaled cause the bluebook was about $18,000.
What I really want to know is how much is pain and suffering actually worth? I was in a lot of pain and was drugged up for like 2 weeks and didnt feel like doing anything. I don’t know a value for something like that. I just want to know something fair and nothing money. They offered only $1000 and that don’t seem fair since the arthritis will probably give me problems later on down the road.

My Vet does know about TROCOXIL and she prescribed it and she said its painkiller and will keep her artritic pain away for 2 weeks until the next dosage. but later when i checked it up on internet it said otherwise. so i started to doubt her knowledge though i think TROCOXIL is good for arthritis. and my dog has some internal infections that is why i am thinkin’ of givin her some anti biotics.

So i shall mention a little more about our family in order to get some helpful answers. So I’m 33, a mother of two boys who are 7 and 10. My husband is around 35 and has a job of accountancy. Two years ago, i was suffering from an ovarian cancer. The best way was to remove them both by surgery and we were ready to take that decision. So i went through surgery and had them removed. Then just a month after the surgery, i went through panic attacks because i was psychological disturbed after the surgery. That took me about 1 year and 2 months to recover. My husband was very caring and a couple of times he told me that he was totally exhauted because he also has a job and then taking care of me. So we decided to hire a kinda live in babysitter to take care of me and the kids until i was totally ready to take control of the household. So finally we paid her and we didn’t need her anymore. My husband was happy. His parents invited us for a dinner and everything was just perfect. 3 months ago, i started complaining about pain in hips. My husband took it lightly and i also thought it was just a pain you know. I suffered from mild pain for about a month. We thought it was just because keeping the house and then dealing with the little guys. Moreover, my husband would often crack jokes about it until it became severe and the sleepless nights. We visited a doctor and after some days, he handed me my reports saying that I’m diagnosed with hip arthritis in initial stages. From that day, my husband started acting ridiculous. I’m going through treatments. He comes home from job at about 6Pm and he is kinda like not even bothering to ask how was my day. I manage things alone and i told him to cut back some hours but he said he won’t. Moreover, he told me that he wish he had no family. He said that out of blue when he was lost in thoughts. I cried a lot that night & slept with the kids. I don’t know what to do.

I know it has a remarkably long half life. I have to have surgery next month and need to be able to take the narcotics for a short while while in the hospital and at home. I chose relief from the disease of addiction rather than the pain of my rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Here is my dilemma, i stopped taking it cold turkey exactly one week ago and have absolutely NO withdrawal symptoms. Any body know how long for it takes to get out of my system?
