why do our joints/bones click when we move?
will this cause arthritis?
anything to avoid these clicking?
should the diet be changed?
should i be worried about the clicking noise?
i have the clicking noise in my knees.

My husband has been seeing neurologists for these symptoms (with varying diagnosis) but has also had a history or arthritis for years now. For the most part, he has lived with the pain (mostly because he had gotten off Celebrex as it is an NSAID and too many side effects). Could it be possible that it has gotten bad enough to cause these problems too?

I have psoriatic arthritis. Sort of like Rheumatoid, but mine is very severe. I take methotrexate and remicade as systemic treatments. I have been on opiods for years but find they depress me and wonder if anti-inflammatory does as well. Cannot life left arm anymore due to pain and lack of strength from the arthritis. Thanks
