I have a female German Shepherd mix Retriever, we believe. She is 12 1/2 years of age and has shown minor symptoms of arthritis. Tonight she was having difficulty getting up and made a slight whine when she was doing it. She limped for a moment, then walked normally. Now every time she gets up the same thing happens. I suspect that it is arthritis and will call her vet in the morning. I checked for sore spots on her hind quarters and she showed no pain or tenderness when pressing the areas.
If it is arthritis, can you please advise what is the best medical treatment or that has worked for your dog and what what medicine, minerals or vitamins worked the best.
She recently had her senior check and all was well. She is incontinent and takes a low dose of Proin and Greens Ums (that is all natural). Thank you in advance for any information that you can supply.
We are both relatively young and have a young child. He is virtually immobile. He is able to work all week, but with a long drive commute back and forth to work, he isn’t able to do much that is active on the weekends.
I was just diagnosed with this form of arthritis, read many opinions but was curious if anyone else has expiernce in this and what meds worked the best for you.
Every time I pick up an heavy object 20lbs. or more I’m out for at least a week.No bending allowed.Help me it hurts.
I also had twins, one with c section and the other vaginally. So I had my stomach muscles torn in both directions. I AM NOT LOOKING TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT OR DIET PLANS. I firmly believe that someone knows something that will help!
