My chiropractor said I most likely have Spinal Arthritis and then recommended I start a Vitaman B regime…?
I have been going to a chiro for most of my adult life to deal with chronic back pain. Lately the backpain has been intense and is accompanied with leg numbness when I sit or bend or walk for too long. After 3 weeks with this pain, and no relief at all, she took more x-rays and said that most likely I have spinal arthritis. She then recommended that I start taking a Vitaman B complex for some relief but when I went to the pharmacy, they had never heard of that type of regime being recommended. I do not like to take pain medication as I am only 36 years old and have 5 children to keep up with. Are there other suggestions for relief, and how will a V B help me.

I have no health insurance and a Chiropractor is all I can afford.
