Spinal Arthritis and Vitaman B regime…?
My chiropractor said I most likely have Spinal Arthritis and then recommended I start a Vitaman B regime…?
I have been going to a chiro for most of my adult life to deal with chronic back pain. Lately the backpain has been intense and is accompanied with leg numbness when I sit or bend or walk for too long. After 3 weeks with this pain, and no relief at all, she took more x-rays and said that most likely I have spinal arthritis. She then recommended that I start taking a Vitaman B complex for some relief but when I went to the pharmacy, they had never heard of that type of regime being recommended. I do not like to take pain medication as I am only 36 years old and have 5 children to keep up with. Are there other suggestions for relief, and how will a V B help me.
I have no health insurance and a Chiropractor is all I can afford.
I have a really bad back. Im only 21 years old and have a back of a 60 year old. what I do and it really helps me out is take 2 600mg calium pills every night. for like the first 2 weeks it does not seem like it helps but after that it helps alot. also try fish oil pills. I have to take them every night or my back hurts the next day. I really hopes this helps you.
