Lemon Tea is right substitue, Milk Tea also reduce omega 3 Oils and increases acidity which could result in inflammating pain of arthritis.
Vegetable of tumeric is anti inflammatory, turmeric tea is also very helpful in arthritis pain.
Calcium is an very important in our diet and a basic nutrient of body. Not having right quantity of calcium in the diet can make you more likely to get prone to osteoporosis. Vitamin D is needed for the body to absorb calcium and there is some evidence that arthritis, progresses faster in people who are low in it. That is why sun bath is very important and helpful.

One thing to keep in mind, is that calcium and vitamin D, which are both found in milk, is essential to keeping your bones and body healthy. These nutrients are not only important for keeping you healthy, but also for preventing osteoporosis and have been found to help with arthritis.
So, you would probably be better off drinking milk than not, especially if you aren’t taking any vitamins to help provide you with calcium and vitamin d.
