Yes, have an MRI of your SI joints to check for degenerative changes. Also, PLEASE be careful with that methotrexate. My grandmother was on it for 20 years for Rheaumatoid Arthritis and passed away last April 2009 from liver failure. She was having some swelling of the stomach, but her liver blood tests came back normal. She finally had a biopsy of her liver and it showed cirrosis. Be sure to get sonograms on your liver every few years to be sure!
