pls what can cause arthritis and the treatment ,my doc said it can not go permanently only by operation?

   What are you talking about? There is no operation for arthritis. Arthritis is inflammation of the joints. Please read the link.

   Your question is a little two general. There are over 100 types of arthritis and treatment is based on the type of arthritis you have.

   The cause of arthritis also depends on the type you have. Osteoarthritis is caused by the natural wear and tear on the joints or by trauma to a joint or joints.

   You are correct that sometimes arthritis can be taken care of by surgery. Joint replacement surgeries are done every day to repair damage done by arthritis to a joint.

   If you ask the question again with more specifics, such as the type of arthritis and location. As well as what you have done in the past to treat it then maybe someone can offer you more information.
