Pain in my knees? Arthritis?
Over the past few months ive noticed then while im sleeping ill wake up during the night and my knee joints will be in alot of pain. I’m thinking its been from the cold weather during the night because that is mainly when it happens… But i was wondering if it could possibly be arthritis in my knee?
If your between 7-18 and the pain is strongest at the back of your knees then it is most likely growning pains which mostly occur when your sleeping
It is possible, but it’s not likely. If you’re young, it’s more likely you have growing pains or a problem with your muscles. Do you get swelling or stiffness? Speak to your doctor, they can run blood tests and x-rays to see what’s going on.
