I woke up one morning with pain in both my ankles.. they were swollen and I could barely move them. Now I have pain in both my knee’s my ankles and in my right elbow. I also have pain in my lower back right on my spine. Assume I dont have reumatoid arthritis what else could be causing this. Ive tested negative for the flu.

Not only do you have psoriasis but it’s possible you have psoriatic arthritis also. I’m sure I am not the only one out there in this situation so any answer would be helpful. Thanks.

I like to crack my toes a lot. I was wondering if there is a possibility that i could develop arthritis at an older age.

There’s a company that sells a lot of aloe vera products. They have capsules of “cold processed” aloe vera as well as liquid aloe vera and, although the standard disclaimer is clearly stated ( “this product is not intended to diagnose or cure any disease”), there seems to be a lot of people who are taking this internally for arthritis and other joint conditions. The company has been in business for at least 10 years.
