This book is better suited for a medical reference library. Although I am Registered Nurse in the field of medical genetics, I found this book way too detailed to understand. This publication is best suited for a biochemist, physician or Phd student. I would not recommend it to anyone that is looking for practical advice on diet and arthritis.
