My sister has a rheumatic arthritis disease. Is there ever a way to cure her?

   There isn’t a cure for arthritis but warm weather reduces the symptoms if possible move to a place with a hot climate good luck

   Rheumatoid arthritis is due to the immune system attacking synovial joint tissue. There is no cure, only medications that can slow the progress of the disease. Once your sister has accepted her fate and learned to live with it she will realize that it is really not that bad. Perhaps in the next few decades there will be breakthroughs on autoimmune disorders, but at this time the medical community has no real cures for them. Don’t beleive any idiot trying to sell you any herb or potion claming to cure it.

   Rheumatoid Arthritis is a type of disease called an “auto-immune” disease. This means that your body cannot always distinguish between “invaders” (like bacteria or virus) and it’s own cells. Subsequently, it begins to attacks it’s own cells. In the case or RA, the body attacks the cells that lne the jonts, causing inflammation and pain. There is currently NO cure for RA, but there are many drugs (methortrexate, Enbrel) that can help with your sister’s symptoms and also some that may put the disease into “remission”. Remission means that the disease is still in the body, but is not active. Your sister should see a specialist – a Rheumatologist who can best guide her course of treatment, as RA can be a difficult disease to manage.

   Any time the “uncurable” label gets passed around, there are two ways to receive it. You can accept that diagnosis and take drugs for the rest of your life or you can be one of the millions of people who find a way to overcome the “uncureable” diagnosis.    If your sister wants to live with an “uncureable disease” sentence that gives millions and millions of dollars to Medical Professionals she can or she can find a cure with just food. There are many ways to cure Rheumatoid Arthritis. Finding what works for your sister might take a week or a year or two…but what does your sister have to lose but a diagnosis of “uncureable.”
