WD-40 sprayed directly on the affected area works like a charm for some people. Only in extreme situations would I recommend this. WD-40 is flammable and it stinks. But it does work.
Make a paste out of the yellow herb turmeric and apply it to the area. Adding it to your food and ingesting it will help as well. This has been practiced in India for hundreds of years.
