Is there a relationship between UTIs and arthritis?
Mу daughter (age 6) іѕ having problems wіth hеr urinary tract. In trying tο figure out whаt іѕ going οn, I wаѕ given a message frοm a nurse thаt mу daughter’s doc hаd ѕаіd іf ѕhе hаd more symptoms thіѕ weekend, tο take hеr іntο thе аftеr-hours clinic аnd tеll thеm hе hаd аn order οn file fοr a blood test tο check fοr arthritis (thе nurse ѕаіd specifically arthritis, pause, rheumatoid arthritis). Anyone know more аbουt thіѕ?

Hopefully it’s just an infection and the doc is just ordering the test to rule out all other possibilities before they can give you a definite answer as to what it is.

arthritis is just a broad name for a lot of muscle disease that affects the joints and muscle children as young as 6 months old can havearthritis contributing to other diseases like lupus , lukiema, ms. sickle cell, most of these diseases affect the muscles which cause aches and pains , your not alone my sister was told she has fascia muscle ligament disorder what does that mean they are just telling her its in the arthritis family meaning its a factor to get check for auto immune diseases she has been check for some but its a million auto immune disease , the best way to know is a spine mri your spine lets you know what s going on in your body my sister is going to have a spine mri next week, so to know what s really wrong ask for a spine mri and you will get your answer the spine ca n tell if you have prostate cancer , colon and so many other things , i think they are checking for auto immune diseases and they just check for the common one s llike lupus and ms and sickle cell and its thousands of them my sister neurologist told her , they never check for the rare one so be your own doctor my sister goes to a rhemotologist and she found out she has a low level of vitamin d so check that out as well and another thing is when you have a urinarry ifnfection it can imbalance your hormones and put bacteria in your intestines you can know if you have a urinary iffecton by doing this leave a half of glass of water on your night stand by your bed and then , when walking in the morning , before eating or drinking any thing , work up a mouthful of saliva and spit it in a glass . let it sit for 20-30 minutes and if there are strings hanging down like icicles, you have a bad case of yeast infection , healthy saliva will float on top of the water
