If you have mild to moderate arthritis – do you notice swim exercise classes help you?
I found out thеrе іѕ a рlасе down thе street thаt dοеѕ water classes fοr people wіth arthritis аnd I wаѕ curious іf anyone found thеm tο beneficial іf thеу hаd mild tο moderate arthritis. Thanks!
yes it helps alot! water is so good for exercising!
The reason that water exercises are so good is that while submerged, you have total buoyancy. It’s not exactly the same as zero gravity, but the stresses, or should I say, absence of stresses on the joints would be similar.
Yoga helped my mom but actually eating healthy, ridding your body of toxins and such would be a good choice as well.
I just watched a video that really explains things well too. Interesting that your question popped up related to that topic.
Fiber is good for the body. It also helps rid the body of toxins.
Exercise is always good though. Look at the whole picture.
People with arthritis increasingly turn to water exercise for several key reasons:
The buoyancy of water supports your joints while you exercise.
Warm water raises your body temperature, which increases your circulation, and can help ease stiffness.
Water provides greater resistance than air, helping you build muscle strength.
You don’t have to be a strong swimmer to benefit from water exercises. In fact, you don’t even have to know how to swim. Here’s one that any landlubber can try:
Stand in water that’s about waist high or a little deeper — just as long as you’re able to plant your feet on the bottom — and hold your arms out to your sides for balance. Put your left foot in front of your right. Raise and bend your left knee. Then hop forward, pushing off with your right foot, landing on the left foot. Do it again, keeping the heel of the right foot up, pushing off with the toes and ball of the foot. Do this several times.

Exercise will help you for sure but is not enough for itself. You should use Omega3.
Check this info: “One of the benefits of fish oil is the effect that it has on arthritis. Arthritis can be a painful and debilitating condition and finding effective treatments for the condition has been like looking for a needle in a haystack. Thankfully, Omega 3 seems to be having a positive effect on treating the pain, inflammation and stiffness of the arthritis condition.”
You can get a free Omega3 bottle here: http://thelowcostsite.com/promotions/link.php?id=free_omega3
I hope it helps
