If I broke my thumb would it help my arthritis pain?

   no it would make it worse, when you break a bone it basically says you have a higher chance of having arthritis there, so breaking a bone when you have arthritis there already will only make it worse

   No it would make it worse. Speak to your doctor, they may be able to get you a steroid injection into your joint.
