Okay, so I am fourteen, and arthritis runs in my family. I eat a fairly healthy diet, and am athletic, My mom has terrible arthritis, as does my grandmother, and my mom is only fifty. I play guitar, I am a gymnast, I know that this wears on bones, I want to know if there is anything I can do beyond staying fit and eating healthy that I can do to prevent it. Is there some vitamin I should be tryig to get more of? ANy other tips will be apreciated. Thanks! :)
