My mother in law loves those patches you apply to the skin. She swears it’s the only thing that helped.
Drink alot of Milk.Take the diet rich in CALCIUM.Also take some CALCIUM-CONTAINING medicine.
Gosh, I have the same problem, arthritis! I found a great product (I dont work for them, don’t know them). It was developed for horses, it really helped mine so I figured horses don’t understand “there’s crap in my food, I will no longer be stiff”. I know exactly what you are feeling and what I do for mine is take Naproxen,(although it hurts my stomache)and I now have an excersise regime that consists of short walks and I bought 2 sand balls(like sand in a balloon)to squeeze in my hands to keep my fingers nimble as it is now in my hands too.If your anything like me…..your probably really feeling depressed about it eh?.Please talk to your doctor about ALL that your going through,heart mind body and soul,because it all does connect even if you don’t think so.My best to you and I hope I helped at least a little…..xo
