I am 28 yrs male, I had a sprain injury on ankle some 6 months back, now I have little swelling. Mostly I am able to walk but whenever I walk more like a kilometer, I have pain. I had the xray report, showed it to the doctor, Doctor told me that crystals are accumulated near the joins due to uric acid. I had uric acid test done, it shows the level 6.6 mg/dl. I am having Microcid tablets(3 times a day) along with zentac(once a day). As per doctor I have to take them for 10 days. Will it cure the pain ? I am avoiding the protein rich foods, alcohol and nonveg food.
How much time it will take to cure it ?
