I am going to become a massage therapist, but I was wondering if they end up suffereing from these because of the repetitive motions from their hands?

i am quite having difficulty with my arthritis . so i am looking for any water exercise for arthritis. any recommendations for water exercise for arthritis?

Does anyone know of any supplements and/or treatments for dogs that might make this animals life a little easier? Other than the arthritis, she is in great health,and a very good and happy dog…thanks in advance for your answers!

My left knee seems to be swollen. When I went to the Orth. they said it was just arthritis. I am now noticing that this same knee seems to get very warm, it feels hot compared to the rest of my body, does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advanced.

she’s just a year and 3 months, but when we chase each other she loves to jump up and down the bed from the couch to another couch shes one energeic dog, im just thinking of the future and i dont want any of this to catch up with her in the future, idk if jumping up and down is causing pressure on her joints, i just want to know what if this is okay for her or do i need to change things up a bit?
