hey everybody,can anyone give me some names to some over the counter medicines for arthritis that works well? my mom has a touch of arthritis in one of her knees that’s been giving her trouble and she needs a little relief before her doctors appointment .if anyone can help us out about this we would greatly appreciate it thanks a lot

I am 18, when i had my daughter, the doctor told me i have arthritis all down my back, i never knew this, and we couldn’t really do anything because i was in the middle of labor, i have not talked to anymore doctors about it yet, but i just want to know how to get some pain relief. Does anyone have any information about Arthritis in the Spine or a website to help me better understand this?

I was diagnosed with JRA last year at 14. Mine is the severe type. I am on methotrexate, enbrel, and several steroids. Pain pills dont really work. HELP!

What results have you had, good or bad? How long have you used it? I saw it advertised on TV. Ordered one bottle to try.
I am looking for a non-prescription, safe, no side-effects product to increase blood flow, lower blood pressure and act as an anti-inflammatory. I took the first capsule today. The directions say
one a day but according to the bottle a “serving” is 2 capsules.
Looking for experience with this product or the problem.

I am only 26 and a mother of three mall children and my pain levels are through the roof. It seems no matter what the Dr’s suggest nothing is working yet. I can barely get out of bed in the mornings and I can’t sleep at night because of the pain. I’m having trouble even lifting my one year old this is getting ridiculous I just can’t stand it anymore. I am currently on 100 mg of enbrel a week 10 mg of methotrexate, 200 mg of ultram, 5 of cyclobenzabrine, folic acid ,plus a few other meds for other conditions yet no relief. I need help fast I feel like I;m going off the deep end.
i have not been checked for fibromyalgia. My current GP doesn’t want to send my to a pain management specialist because of my age. I’m already taking an antidepressant Zoloft and the last time I went to the Dr he suggested trying Ambien if my sleeping doesn’t get any better. I know my babies need me they are the only reason I’m still fighting this crap.

My cat was just diagnosed with having feline arthritis. She is 5 years old and relatively young, so this came as a surprise. However, we don’t think its very severe but I’m glad that we now know. Is there any advice anyone has that has a cat with arthritis? What can I do for pain relief when she gets a “flare up” and are there any preventative measures I can take? My vet suggested some supplements for bone and joint health, are there any that you would suggest? Any advice or suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
