I heard it cures arthritis!

First it was my right knee. Everytime I slightly bend (by walking, sitting or watever ) it will crack and feel this pain. It stopped. Now my neck cracks! it started back in may where my neck crack each time I turned my head to the side.

Some people say there is a way to cure the early signs of arthritis. Also some say it doesnt help. I’m not the type of person liek to drink milk when I was lil. but now im starting to take anything tht is healthy. Is it really late to cure it?

I work in a medical center and I noticed that almost everybody that visit the clinic and are above 40years are prescribed with analgesic plus non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. At times two to three drugs are given yet they keep coming back. Are there no permanent cure for this category of indications

if i keep my leg up the pain goes away.

it would be a reassurance to know it might
