Contrary to the first person who answered this question, I would advise you to speak with your OB about it since this is the specialist that you should consult with throughout your entire pregnancy as well as it is so important that the OB has a good understanding of your condition because he/she will be the one that ultimately delivers the baby. I amnot sure but it may be required for you to have a c-section as having that lower back problem as well as being extremely over weight can be risky.
