arthritis? Please help, I’m in pain?
I’m a 55 year old female and have had a little arthritis since in my 20’s. It started in my fingers and seemed to be somewhere different every year. Now is the worse it’s ever been. About six months ago it started getting bad in my hips then my shoulders. Now it’s in my left shoulder only and is exxxxxxxtreemely painful. I went to the Dr. and he gave me pain pills and they didn’t help. Now I’m on an anti-inflammitory and it doesn’t seem to help either. Can anyone tell me how I can get a little relief until I go see the RA in Oct.?
My mom has arthritis for few years.. Pain killer is the only solution to her. Not one specific medicine. BTW even pain killers some times doesn’t work for her..it does gives her release for a lil bit..thats how its been.. Sorry don’t seems to scare you, but gave you a lil info of what i know..
I found taking a product I found on internet (Neprinol) helped my arthritis pain (fingers, knees, back). I also found taking digestive enzymes with my meals helped! I’m 61 and the big difference is in my fingers when I skip these things. I”ve never found much relief from pain killers and they’re hard on the stomach. good luck finding something to help. I did have to take the neprinol some weeks before I got results, and I verified it by stopping and realizing the pain came back.
Change your diet.
If you eat citrus fruit, dairy produce, tomatoes, potatoes, pepper, this is like poisoning yourself!
Eat olive oil, fish oil, ginger, every day; they are like medicines.
Give it a few weeks to notice a difference.
