Arthritis cures?????anybody help plz?

   I don’t think there is a cure for it. He should see a doctor who will prescribe him specific medication for it. Also, you can ask your pharmacist about something you can get over the counter for him, like Advil, Tylenol, etc.

   there are tons of prescription arthritis meds, but these usually lead to more problems. like high blood pressure. All of my family has this problme, me included. I’m 20 and my problems started in high school. so watch out. have him take a daily multivitamin plus an extra b6 vitamin. b6 is natural and helps releive arthritis. when it starts to act up use ibuprofen over any other pain med. for some reason ibuprofen releives swelling which is essentially the cause for arthritis discomfort. the swelling tightens up around your joints and arteries.

   like for me, I get it the worst in my hands, fingers and wrists. I’ll take some ibupreofen for a few days and extra b6. let the sore areas soak in really warm/hot water. to releive swelling. and at night I’ll wear a little wrist guard. it helps to keep my wrist straight. so circulation is better. its like one of those little tan guards you see peeple use for sprains. if he gets the pain in his knees or ankles, they have some for that too. also when I sleep with the wrist guard ill make sure I dont lay on that arm so I dont cut off circulation. if he sticks with something like this for 2-4 days, he should start to feel better.
