Moist heat could help…not heating pads because that will make them stiff. They make good braces with a foam inside that will keep your skin warm and moist..if you can stand to wear them. I once had tenanitis that’s inflammation of the joints. I had it in the wrist. I tried wrist bands, medications, heating pads etc. None of these things help.
