eat 8 to 10 cherries a day. fresh ones are better but if need be you can use frozen ones or canned but make sure the canned ones don’t have alot of sugar like the ones for pies.
Well this is not a home remedy, but I guarantee it works 99.99%, go to a grocery store or a small grocery store. Preferrably a hispanic one. And look at their medicine or ask someone there is a small bottle like the size of a small lotion container, and it says that it’s like to put on horses, for muscle pain.
